On July 18, CONSMOS Group 2026 Mid-Year Summary & Culture Empowerment Conference kicked off warmly, gathering all members of the CONSMOS family.
Founded in Linyi, the Capital of China’s Wood-based Panels, in 2010, CONSMOS Group has forged ahead for more than a decade. It has grown into a comprehensive enterprise integrating high-end panel R&D, import and export of full-range building materials and international supply chain services. The Group operates multiple subsidiaries, holds 20 national patents and over ten internationally authoritative certifications. Its core brand CONSMOS has registered trademarks in more than 30 countries. This year, the Group was successfully selected as a Shandong Provincial Export Brand Enterprise of 2026, ranking among the leading local building materials foreign trade enterprises.
This semi-annual grand event serves not only as a review and summary of efforts made in the first half of the year, but also a spiritual gathering to stay true to the original aspiration and pass on corporate culture. Creative interactive sessions, talent shows, heartwarming awards ceremonies and a gala dinner were held in sequence. Every participant felt the warmth and strength of the big CONSMOS family. Together, they aligned directions and built confidence for the tough challenges in the second half of the year.
Paper planes were specially prepared for check-in at the conference. Neatly arranged paper planes came into view upon entry, carrying the unique romantic aspirations of every CONSMOS member.
All team members collected the paper planes in order, carefully writing down their names, work targets for the second half of the year and heartfelt wishes. Afterwards, they released the planes together towards the same direction.
Flying all over the venue, these paper planes bore everyone’s expectations, symbolizing that all staff share the same goals, march forward in unison, and strive side by side to fulfill the annual development objectives.
With the conference officially commenced, the Chairman delivered the opening speech. Based on the current industry landscape, he objectively reviewed the Group’s development progress and put forward clear requirements for market expansion, team collaboration and operational management in the second half of the year.
