Consmos 2026 Morning Star Training Camp

The first session built a solid foundation and accumulated strength, and the second session enhanced capabilities through practical combat! On the afternoon of July 21, the second session of the 2026 Morning Star Training Camp of Consmos Group was launched as scheduled. Centered on the core principle of applying knowledge into practice and verifying results, this training reviewed the on-the-job performance of new participants from the first session, extracted practical tactics for order negotiation and customer development, and translated individual business experience into shared team capabilities. The Group is committed to building a high-caliber new-generation foreign trade team and cultivating versatile young reserve talents for the enterprise.

At the opening of the training, the Human Resources Center announced the comprehensive scores of all participants. The phased performance of trainees was reviewed comprehensively from five dimensions: attendance, classroom participation, after-class assignments, business practice and corporate culture sharing.
The instructors checked the completion quality of after-class assignments one by one on site and arranged in-class tests combined with real business scenarios to accurately identify new employees’ business deficiencies and areas for improvement.
The scoring system quantifies learning outcomes, greatly motivating trainees to compete in learning. It also guides participants to proactively identify gaps and pursue continuous progress.

All contents of this training originate from real frontline foreign trade scenarios. It adopts a combined teaching mode featuring practical sharing by management personnel and order-closing reviews delivered by outstanding new recruits, boasting strong practicability and operability.
The General Manager of Linyi Consmos Metal Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Consmos Group, gave a sharing session on foreign trade negotiation with the theme Trust and Win-Win. Leveraging years of hands-on foreign trade experience, she unpacked the core logic of customer development and order negotiation with real business cases.
She focused on illustrating ways to build personal credibility based on the Consmos brand, and proposed solutions to common challenges such as tough customer acquisition, disadvantaged bargaining status and difficulties in establishing cross-border trust. Citing a real successful deal story "Signing an order while eating dumplings during the Spring Festival", she shared practical customer retention skills including prompt email replies, whole-process production updates and guaranteed quality inspection. Guided by the business mindset of sincerity, professionalism and long-term value pursuit, the training helps new employees improve their skills in negotiation and customer relationship management.

During the session, outstanding new employees from the first training session took turns sharing their growth experience of securing orders. They fully reviewed the whole process including customer exploration, sample follow-up and final deal closure, and shared replicable practical methods covering long-term customer maintenance, online channel development and daily work planning.
The on-site interactive discussion was highly engaging. Participants actively exchanged ideas based on their own work challenges. They closely integrated knowledge learned in class with practical difficulties at work to ensure effective learning and successful application of what they have learned.
